Faculty Senate approves grading system changes

Missouri S&T’s Faculty Senate approved a motion by the Academic Freedom and Standards Committee to change the grading system for the Spring 2020 semester, effective immediately. Read full motion or view presentation slides

Library extends due dates

The Curtis Laws Wilson Library is suspending billing and fines for overdue materials. Patrons should hold onto all checked-out items. All materials are now due Friday, May 15.  For questions or concerns, please contact the library staff via the “Ask Us” chat button on the library webpage during business hours or 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or email library@mst.edu.

Virtual Town Hall Meetings

S&T Chancellor Mo Dehaghani will be holding regularly scheduled virtual town hall meetings in the months ahead. This is a great way stay connected to the S&T campus community and hear the latest news. All virtual town hall meetings will be recorded and posted as soon as they are available. 

All campus personnel are to work remotely

Effective March 23, through April 12, all campus personnel are to work remotely, unless requested otherwise by an appropriate supervisor. All remaining students who can leave campus should do so as soon as possible. The campus will remain open, with restricted access, for those who are unable to leave. Read more

Missouri S&T building access changes

For security reasons, the campus has made changes to building access on campus. A valid university ID will be required to enter buildings that are locked. Read more
